WOVEN has been featured on the global Values in Action Institute on Character Strengths (VIA) website as one of their recommended practitioner tools and featured in a global VIA blog.

Woven is a programme that puts the team in charge of their development and offers a simple framework to work through using readily available tools and approaches. It encourages communication, builds psychological safety, fosters diversity & inclusion and establishes conditions for trust to be developed in the team. It also steps beyond the typical one-day workshop, building capability and connection in an incremental manner across the duration of the programme.

A key difference with this approach is that it considers the actual work the team needs to get done and includes this in the programme. You could say that it “weaves team purpose and outcomes” into a developmental approach that lifts team performance.

The full Woven programme runs over a 9-month time-frame with work to be done each month, ensuring the thinking becomes embedded in day-to-day work of the team. The total investment of time is approximately 5-days across the 9-months. Shorter versions can be run across timeframes that vary between 4-6 months, with customisation done to suit the team.
