Innate for HR is about communication, the team, dialogue and dynamics - not about tools.

It is common for HR and OD teams to have difficulties finding facilitators who understand their world, who understand the principles of engagement, communication, trust, team-dynamics, and psychological safety - yet can also facilitate a team of experienced 'people savvy' professionals. We agree.

We developed Innate for HR (IHR), to meet the needs of executive and senior HR teams, supported by rigorous underpinning research. It creates big shifts in how HR & OD teams work, communicate and engage with each other - this is real behavior and culture change.

Innate for HR is a result of over 30-years experience with systems dynamics, dialogue, facilitation, team-development, systems thinking, behavioural psychology and strategy.

Innate is delivered by a former HR executive who understands the needs of HR/OD teams at a deep level, and a certified professional facilitator, qualified in a wide range of assessment tools, and deep experience in psychology.
